Muscle:
- 1.25 mi/12 min run in the RAIN in the MORNING
- Physical therapy - seriously, one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time
- Anticipating a run/walk tonight with mom, siblings and/or puppy
Merriment:
- TODAY is my Friday!
- Letting the boy cook all of dinner last night (garlicky spinach burgers & red pepper sticks & corn on the cob)
- Writing a press release (it sounds totally nerdy, but it reminded me what I love about being a journalist/writer)
