Chia Seeds vs Whey Protein?

  3. leannmean said: Most Whey powders are very high in protein, low in fat and carbs. Chia is very high in fat, fairly high in carbs and rather low in protein.
  4. leannmean answered: I use both, but for different things. Chia: high in Omega 3 FA’s (anti-inflammatory) while Whey is a dairy product so pro-inflammatory.

  8. thatgirlnamedsmash answered: Never tried chia seeds but boyfriend had some chocolate mint whey protein that was wicked good.
  9. southernsara answered: I like chia, never been a fan of protein powder. I say use what you like!
