Plan to succeed.

When I’m frustrated, I plan. When I’m overwhelmed, I plan. When I’m excited, I plan.

  1. No running until chest cold is completely gone. Then, back to speed work & prepping the base for half training.
  2. Exercises that I WILL do while fighting off this body-icky: yoga, kettlebells, pilates. You can still build muscles, Danielle, without lung-buring cold-air cardio.
  3. Hit 100% of my workouts goal this month. 
  4. 1 beer this week, 1 beer next week. No more. No weeknight drinking. I don’t need the extra calories & I don’t need the mmm comfort food that comes along with it.
  5. Deep clean the fridge, make a list of needed items at the store. Get groceries. Prep groceries into easy-to-grab items.
  6. Practice saying no & sticking to it, especially as it pertains to free food (bagels at work, cake, extra glass of wine). 

These are the things I know I need to do for me to succeed.
