Suggestions for App?

Anyone have suggestions for an app (or methodology) that could help with timing for tonight’s 400m repeats? I have a HIIT timer app, but that’s not quite what I need. Ideally, I would have a coach stand and time me, but I don’t think it’s gonna happen tonight. I may also not be able to use a track and have to do roughly quarter-mile repeats up and down my street.

Edit: should be more specific. I have neither a Garmin nor an iPhone. Droid or bust! (And Nike+.)
