I am itching for a lunch time run. Slightly concerned about the results it will have on my hair & make-up since I’m going straight out to dinner post-work, but pretty sure the results on my mood & stress level will more than balance that out. Fingers crossed I get a break in the report workflow midday & the Boston weather cooperates.

Yesterday’s 5 mile run was my longest since the marathon. That’s 14 weeks. Feeling discouraged by this nagging, unending cold thing. Headaches, sniffles, lungs that burn when I run, feeling tired all the time. It just keeps coming back. Get mostly better, get sick. First Speed Work Results!

Suggestions for App?
Anyone have suggestions for an app (or methodology) that could help with timing for tonight’s 400m repeats? I have a HIIT timer app, but that’s not quite what I need.
